  2. 2. Prerequisites<br />Before beginning this tutorial, you need to have a valid flash builder environment (sdandalone version or eclipse+plugin)<br />For more information, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashbuilder/<br />2<br />
  3. 3. Configure yourenvironment<br />Run your FlashBuilder environment<br />Create a new Flex project<br />3<br />
  4. 4. Configure the project (1)<br />Give a name to yourproject<br />Choose the application type wished (web or desktop)<br />Select the SDK version (at least Flex 4.0)<br />Note the pathwhereyourprojectwillbestored<br />Click on the nextbutton<br />4<br />
  5. 5. Configure the project (2)<br />Change the name of the output folder if needed<br />Click on the next button<br />Then finish the procedure<br />5<br />
  6. 6. Get OpenScales librairies<br />Go to http://openscales.org/downloads/openscales-1.2-beta.zip to download the latest version of OpenScales<br />6<br />
  7. 7. Extract files<br />Extractonly the four files contained in the libsfolder, with the .swc extension and put itinto the libsfolderpresent in yourworkspace<br />In yourFlashBuilderenvironment, refreshyourproject (F5)<br />7<br />
