  • Colleagues, My purpose today is to update you on the progress of the service plan for library services 2004/2005, whilst at the same time, giving you just a flavour of what is happening in West Lothian Libraries today. I have prepared a pack which contains a copy of our service plan which will give you the detail, rather than the highlights in this presentation.
