This is an impossible goal. However, as specialist andgeneralist evolve they acquire different levels in different subject areas bringing varied impact into businessconsulting. Combination of skills eventually overcomes the constraint of individual learning abilities. It is easier toachieve skills rating in linear subject areas (weightages 2 & 3). As one scales up it is much more difficult, sincesubjects tends to become integrative and intuitive. However, in general having rating “4” in all subject areas with 8/1/2012weightages 3 has much business potential than having rating “4” in subject area with weightage 4 alone.
