The Artificial Intelligence Cleansing Engine (‘AICE’) with Telephone and Address Append Services AICE was created as a solution to the need many of our clients had due to the issues faced with poor integrity of data and subsequent low success rates for telephone matches. AICE not only cleanses and normalizes the data, but also performs data element level verification within each record to ensure accurate results. The engine is designed to identify the individual data elements, apply our code and then search both Talon’s proprietary databases and those of our strategic partners for possible matches. Once recognizing the specific data elements, the engine replaces them with complete and updated information while normalizing the record. When a new data element is found, the system adds this information to its memory and continues to learn and refine the cleansing process. In this way, our system is truly a self-taught Artificial Intelligence engine that can handle not only complex record layouts, but also understand the unique and individual data elements within the fields themselves. By utilizing the cleansed records and completing searches through our own proprietary databases and those of our partners, we are able to achieve telephone hit rates of up to 95% along with accuracy rates of up to 90%. Our strategic partners provide us with access to databases that are unparalleled in the industry. The information our systems may verify against includes, but is not limited to, Names (First, Last, and/or Middle), full and partial Addresses, Key Dates (DOB, DOD, etc.), Social Security Numbers, Death and/or Deceased Information and Estate Information. AICE provides our clients with the highest data quality and consistently delivers accuracy almost equal to deep search services without the exorbitant cost.
