2. Introduction to Project
 Online Advertisements is a web based Application in which Users can post
ads of products which they want to sell after being registered on this site.
 Types of Users
 Administrator
 Registered Users
 Non-Registered Users
 It provides a platform which enables you to find information &
communication with one another about the ads.
 Main objective of this web application is to provide platform for people in
every city to post ads, increasing the online sales or to improve customer
convenience with any type of advertisements.

3. Drawbacks of Existing System
 It takes more time for allocation purpose.
 The information generated by various transactions takes time and efforts to
be stored at right place.
 Difficult to handle many methods or strategies.
 It does not tell us in advance weather a strategy is valid or not.
 Difficult to maintain.

4. Need of proposed Software
The manual system has some draw backs which can be overcome
by using the web-based application to allocate the new categories for post ads.
The following reasons explain why it is needed:
 This site doesn’t have any control over the quality of listing; it's pricing, or
the issues of guarantees on the items.
 It doesn’t require mediating or resolving any dispute or disagreement
between users Time consuming process.
 Manual work is inefficient.
 Difficult to use different type of strategies manually.

5. Modules of Online Ads
 Administrator :-
Admin can view & search all the posted ads .He has right to delete, update
or manage the posted ads. He has authority to view & deactivate user’s
accounts if they are posting any unauthorized information. He also has
ability to change his own password. He also can view user’s. feedbacks.
 Registered Users :-
Registered users can view, search & manage all the posted ads. They can
make change to any ad which they have posted. They can view inbox
messages and can reply for these messages & also can view all the outbox
messages. They have right to send order ,cancel order if interested .And
also have authority for view, clear or accept the inbox orders.
 Viewers :-
In this module viewers can view & search all the posted ads but he has not
any authority to post any ad, but if he wants to post any ad he has to fill
register form and registered on this site. He also can send message to the
other user who has posted current ad & also can send feedback to the
admin.

36. Conclusion and Future Scope
At the end we conclude that this is very efficient web based
application which allocates the facility for post adds to the users.
Entire data about product is stored into the database. The tables are
managed in well manners. It keeps all the records of allocation into
the tables. Ads can be search and update easily. It is web based
application, Registered Users or admin can login from anywhere at
any time.
This project has a future scope that we will add bride and groom
match option . We will also add new categories for post ads and a
resume sending option into our project.
