How to write emails• Avoid writing in CAPITAL LETTERS, they re considered as shouting, make the things you want to highlight bold/italic/or both instead. (But dont write the whole email in bold!)• Use proper punctuation: Start your sentences with a capital letter, use commas and full stops. And dont end sentences with three dots, etc.• Always start with a greeting.
