Social Media for Media & Entertainment Industry<br />Social media integration<br />The media & entertainment industry has been using various forms of social media for some time and has yet to master any vehicle of social media that works well for the industry as a whole. Media thrives on a user base, customer interest, appeal of a story line or characterization, and connecting with consumers in a way that few other industries do.<br />

Social Media for Media & Entertainment Industry<br />Movies and the internet<br />Movie studios were the first to leverage the internet for ‘movie websites’ which provide another angle in to the movie and supplementary content to further refine the story. Most forms of media, television, movies, radio, and internet based leverage the blogosphere for different for interacting with their audience by igniting the hype engine for the content benefit of the producer/creator.<br />
