About My vision for the future is working on an ethical surrounding environment with high organizational, motivational and cooperative values. Leader is someone who influence people achieve a goal. Manager is someone who brings employees together and uses his maximal creative capacity in order to plan,organize,motivate and control. I want to have them both and be a valuable asset for my organisation.
