We mainly focus on communication skills because their job is mostly client focused and might have to interact them. Secondly we expect him to have a basic knowledge about upcoming technical languages and the market trend of IT and IT enabled services and the recent news and reports taking place in and around the IT Industry. TRAINING: 1.What are the key areas that you would focus upon during training session? Our training sessions are mainly focused on illustrations rather than mere information and terms. We do conduct practical sessions since the nature of our jobs are related to machines and industries. Apart from this we also train people on some organizational behaviours. 2. How long is your training duration? It depends on the types of process they are into and also based on their experience. For instance it takes two or three months to train a fresher wherein it just takes twenty days to one month to train an experienced who has been inn this field for a couple of years. 3. But we do have it in an oral format as we feel that anything which is written doesn’t contain true comments and the best way to know the feedback is to move with them closely and get it from them.
