  • For any employee there are three factors that affects the performance and engagement at work place one is environment in which they perform, second the motivation(Role and Responsibility) and third is the behavior (Knowledge, attitude Skills and Habit) while executing their role on job. So we need provide the proper working environment( Rules, Regulation, biological and Physical Environment, Culture, norms, financial conditions and people around), Built the motivating environment and motivate them to unleash their potential and monitor self behavior i.e the knowledge required for the job, their attitude towards the environment in which they are performing, people with whom they are working, skills required to execute their role and habits while on job and the most important is HABIT . Here Habit means what a employee thinks about or label his own ability. Habits means what views he carry about or label (Negative or Positive) his role, responsibility, people around , environment and his own knowledge & skills

  • The trust is the main relationship that drives an organizational culture that achieves outstanding results from employee engagement. In this sense, the leadership must take the first step to building this important link and give effective demonstration that people are important to business success. Unfortunately, today's the workplace doesn’t allow people to take time to build relationships, so it’s important to create forums that allow having quality not quantity of time devoted to increase the bond of trust. The quality of the proximity between the leaders and their teams, permeated by credibility, respect, fairness, pride (ownership) and camaraderie of belonging, allows moving towards an efficient culture for business. Therefore, I think the challenge for us all is not allow technology to replace physical proximity between individuals - the technology will be the bridge between the people and not should be a barrier.
Social collaboration is the result of collective effort toward a goal that benefit all.
