  2. 2. Open Source Software is Computer Software with its source code made available with license in which the copyright holder provides the rights to study, change, and distribute the software to anyone and for any purpose1.
  3. 3. Free software is software that gives you the user the freedom to share, study. We call this free software because the user is free. To use free software is to make a political and ethical choice asserting the right to learn, and share what we learn with others.
