Both the fish oil and omega are the inseparable element because omega comes from fish oil. These two element delivers lots of beneficial effects in your body. Omega-3 fatty acids are known as essential fatty acids. They are most required for human health. Usually, the body cannot produce them that is why you have to obtain them from food. The original source of it is fish, such as tuna, halibut, salmon and other seafood like krill and algae, nut oils and some plants. It is also known as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
