  4. 4. Research & preparation are key: Check out the employer’s website Try Google Talk to personal, network contacts Use social networks, e.g.,. LinkedIN Use public libraries Your effort will set up apart from others 5

  6. 6. Simply, follow the STAR pattern below to formulate your answer: Situation at hand or the Tasks that needed to be done Action you took Result or outcome of situation The STAR approach is simple and effective 7

Prepare 5-6 questions ahead of time based on solid research Make sure you get answers to the issues that are really important to you 12
