  2. 2. Vision Statement <ul><li>Cingular-Tulsa will devise and implement a comprehensive plan to prepare for, respond to and recover from a crisis event to increase employee safety and maintain business continuity. </li></ul>

Other Recommendations Cont. <ul><li>Train safety team to include fire extinguishers, first aid, CPR and crisis decision-making </li></ul><ul><li>Purchase severe weather monitoring software </li></ul><ul><li>Schedule drills and exercises which include outside response when possible </li></ul><ul><li>Publish crisis management plan and distribute to appropriate employees and selected outside response agencies </li></ul><ul><li>Refurbish designated offices and spaces to meet FEMA safety room criteria </li></ul>
