The event will be articulated in two evenings (time 18 - 23), during which 6 / 8 Italian wine companies will present their wines and the characteristics of their production / fermentation process.
The formula will be those of the workshop, divided into two parts: a relationship one in which the representative of the company will present its wines, with particular reference to the characteristics of the production area, and, a second one in the form of a Q & A, during which the speaker will be available for participants to satisfy any curiosity.
Our goal is to create an eno-gastronomic event, international-style, with the aim to present, to the participants, some innovative combinations of high quality Italian wines with dishes from different countries (Europe and beyond).
Target of the event:
We intend to involve in the event, all best Western restaurants holders, wine shops and wine bars managersin Hong Kong, which, as you can imagine, will be potential customers of the wine companies.
