British Board of Film Classification

  1. 1. The age classifications for all films. OUR FILM RATING Our film is going to be a 15 because it will include scenes of a violent nature, (knife use) imitable behaviour and sexual references. We thought that a 12 would be unsuitable for our film because of the realistic context. These are all connotations of the thriller/suspense genre. Violence Knife use in certain scenes that could upset a younger audience. Sexual Reference Imitable Behaviour One scene of sexual nature Scenes use a realistic nature which could be copied when viewed by the wrong audience. Language Language in some scenes could offend. Horror A couple of scenes could include a horror theme.
