Impact on SAP Implementations <ul><li>Web Sales: ‘Software as a Service’ solution from B2B2DOT0. </li></ul><ul><li>The B2B2DOT0 solution is fully integrated to SAP, and uses rules that are set up in our SAP implementation. </li></ul><ul><li>Also, we will need to get our SAP system (Processes, Master Data) ready to be opened to customer access & web sales (Quality of processes & accuracy of data) </li></ul>

After billing, the Web Order should be unblocked for ATP to allow BO to be allocated. </li></ul></ul>

Roll Out Plan <ul><li>Locations (Priorities): </li></ul><ul><li>We will need to roll out the Web Sales solution, by location, also a priority must be allocated between European Entities. </li></ul><ul><li>This Web B2B solution is currently available in EN, FR, DE, IT. </li></ul><ul><li>It would be appropriate to get a European entity using a supported language starting first on this project. </li></ul><ul><li>The decision was made in Europe to start with FR first (fill up gap left by Minitel, Dealer Business, ease of communication in French, …) and immediately follow with BESA/BE (Start Dlr.Dir. in Sep 2009 with Web B2B, but a Dutch translation is needed). </li></ul>

Impact on Resource <ul><li>Savings (in Sales Office) </li></ul><ul><li>At cruise speed (after all selected customers have been given access to Web Shops), it is usually considered that 25% of requests (New orders, queries) will be taken care by customers directly, and not come any more to sales offices or Sales Reps </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Reduction of customer email and phone inquiries due to availability of information online. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reduction of mobile workforce email and phone inquiries due to availability of information online. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reduction of work surrounding manual production of open order reports, order confirmations, document duplication on request. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Reduction of pricing and order entry errors due to online validation by customer thus reduction of costly activity of debit and credit processing. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Improving quality of Master Data for Web Sales, also has a beneficial impact globally (Better quality of processes and accuracy of data). </li></ul>
