  • Not true, going on the Trek is a selling point. Most alums in NYC had to pay a price to get there…..so they relate with McCombs students who come up on their own Credibility: Great way to show banks anywhere that you are serious about being a banker No better time to figure it out…..become informed on what the day job is like and to define the opportunities, rather than making up your mind based on limited information It’s after Midterms, read on the plane Best possible use of your time as an MBA….When else can you meet and network with this many people who are interested in meeting you in this amount of time The Trek material is still open, the banks will pitch whatever we ask I need to know your interests when you sign up for the trek to make sure you all get the best experience from the trip possible Keep costs in perspective: The price of a plane ticket is minimal compared to the average 50K signing bonus at an investment bank.
