Hiring in Workday
1) Open Activity “Hire Employee” Activity Space BAR, Press Enter.
2) Then Open “Hire Employee” Task as mentioned below snapshot.
3) Then ,
Choose the Supervisory Organization IT HelpDesk Department
Go to the position IT HelpDesk Specialist – (Training #) and Hire
Select Create a New Applicant radio button -
Source: Website > Corporate Website
Legal Name: (Choose a name you’ll remember)
Home Address: Specify a home address within the US
Click OK to save
Once click OK “ “Enter Source from Prompt and Enter If Any Referral
by Employee. If Applicant Name already present then click on Allow
Duplicate Name. Please Check Mentioned Below Snapshot:

Mentioned below screen shot showed one error for the Duplication of name,
for this we need to check the check box of Allow Duplicate Name.
When we click on the Allow Duplicate Name and Click on “OK” button Then
