Background <ul><li>Congress developed a plan known as the Texas Long Range Plan in Technology, 2006-2020. </li></ul><ul><li>The vision of the TLR Plan is simply one goal, to provide a world-class education to our learners. </li></ul><ul><li>The measurement tool is what is known as the Star Chart </li></ul>

Texas Star Chart & Scoring <ul><li>Designed to help determine progress towards meeting goals of the Texas Long Range Plan with a score: </li></ul><ul><li>Early Tech (6-8 pts) </li></ul><ul><li>Developing Tech (9-14 pts) </li></ul><ul><li>Advanced Tech (15-20 pts) </li></ul><ul><li>Target Tech (21-24 pts) </li></ul>
