  • It's been such a relief to work with a team of professionals instead of following the advice of some faceless internet tipster. These guys really know what they're talking about. You can definitely see what a difference field research makes when you look at the results. I'm making more than £3,000 weekly and it feels fantastic! Thanks guys. ➢➢➢ https://tinyurl.com/y7tbu6p4

Basic Ball Winning 2 In The Air

  1. 1. Basic Ball Winning Drill: In the Air 13m 20m 45m 65m Players compete in two for the ball. The player who wins the ball in a battle with his opponent should strike the ball across the field to allow the two players on the other side compete for the ball in the air. This drill is dependent on good striking. To build up the catching techniques including body position and protecting the hand then the players can be brought closer together so that they throw the ball up between the pairs. It can also be used to isolate one player’s technique as follows. Drill A: The yellow players practice catching the ball while protecting their hand from the blue player who is batting. The yellow player’s hurley should be behind their catching hand to protect from the blue player. Drill B : The blue players practice catching the ball while protecting their hand from the yellow player is pulling on the ball. The blue player’s hurley should be in front of their catching hand
