monitor and manage the various items needed to implement an EMR

Implementation
Step One We begin with an onsite visit to determine pre-existing
hardware that can be utilized with the new system.
Step Two After the hardware purchase we configure 75% of the
network, printers, and firewall.
Step Three Arrive onsite and install your pre-configured system as
well as button it into any existing systems. Typically finished in one
day per location.

The Medical Group of Kankakee County- The Medical Group of Kankakee County is a family physician group that consisting of four
doctors and two offices in the Kankakee County area. We began working with TMG in 2004 to setup their new electronic medical
records system, join the two offices and meet HIPPA security and privacy regulations. We currently support their network and
server systems as well as provide vendor management for medical specific systems.

Northwest Suburban Urology Associates- Northwest Suburban Urology Associates are a large eight physician practice that
specializes in urology. They have offices in Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, and Arlington Heights. We worked to migrate their
three offices from the disjointed system they were using to the new electronic medical records system they are now utilizing.
Having been our client for a little over six months they can speak directly to the hurdles that come with an implementation of
this size, and the procedures that we executed to successfully navigate those issues.

Heartcare Cardiovascular Specialists- Heartcare Cardiovascular Specialists are a two physician cardiology practice that is located
in Libertyville. We started working with them a year ago when they choose to move to an electronic medical records system and
needed IT support. Since that time we have supported their servers and system as well as provide our offsite data backup
services for their data.

Lake Street Family Physicians- Lake Street Family Physicians consists of a six physician family practice that is located in Oak
Park. We have been working with them for a year since we helped them implement an electronic medical records system. The
doctors were quick to pick up the system and utilize its capabilities. They enjoy the benefits of working from home, and this
change has greatly simplified their practice. We have worked with them in the last year by supporting their system and servers.
We also provide our offsite data backup service for their database and image files.
