Career Guidance is the process of helping people to choose a
career development in making and implementing informed
educational and occupational choices.
Career Development is a ongoing process of gaining
knowledge and improving skills that will help an individual to
establish a career plan.

prospective buyers, Then painting will be considered as his
profession.
