Any leakage? Is the area clean?
Is their adequate oil supply and area wet?
Measure the wear externally

Visual check of operation (take trial if required)
Fastener tightness - check
Check for leakage of cylinder. & hoses

Check side to frame bolts for tightness
Check frame foot bolts for tightness
Check lip of sides for wear
Check wear on sides - (Rotor tip to side)

NOTE: Where lubrication is by automatic lubricator,
the reservoir must be filled daily.
Drive
Check oil level
Check oil quality & replace if needed
Couplings
Low speed (under 100 RPM) use grease only
Check high speed - use grease - check
Connecting Gears (if applicable)
Check oil level & add as needed
Flush & refill
