  8. 9. I AM RESPONSIBLE <ul><li>Students are given a maximum of 5 minutes to go to the laboratory from their classroom. </li></ul><ul><li>They should form one line inside the classroom by class number. </li></ul>
  9. 10. I AM RESPONSIBLE <ul><li>Students should make sure that they have all the materials needed for the class. </li></ul><ul><li>Once inside the laboratory, going out is not allowed unless extremely necessary. </li></ul>
  10. 11. I AM RESPONSIBLE <ul><li>Students should knock before entering the computer laboratory during breaks and classes. </li></ul><ul><li>The students are expected to practice the BURRA </li></ul><ul><li>(Before Use Report Right Away) system. </li></ul>
  11. 12. I AM RESPONSIBLE <ul><li>In case of problems or questions, a student must raise his hand to get the teacher’s attention and wait quietly until he is called by the teacher. </li></ul>
  12. 13. <ul><li>Ten minutes before the end of the activity, the teacher will signal the class to save their files, quit their program properly. </li></ul><ul><li>Arrange your respective chairs properly. </li></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE
  13. 14. <ul><li>No one is allowed to stand and transfer from one computer to another or roam around the room. </li></ul><ul><li>Students are not allowed to do any non computer related activities. </li></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE

  15. 16. <ul><li>USB drives, diskettes and other storage media not required by the teacher will not be allowed inside the laboratory. </li></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE
  16. 17. <ul><li>Missed/Unfinished Activity </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><ul><li>A student who missed an activity is responsible for following up whatever he missed. He should accomplish the missed activity before the next regular class. </li></ul></ul></ul></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE
  17. 18. <ul><li>A student who does not finish an activity on time is responsible for accomplishing the activity by the following day, making use of the free period schedules. </li></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE
  18. 19. <ul><li>A student who misses a deadline or make-up session without reasonable cause will be given a one day extension subject to a 10% deduction. </li></ul>I AM RESPONSIBLE
