What do we mean by the term ‘change agent’? <ul><li>An individual who: </li></ul><ul><li>is recruited prior to implementation of a change; </li></ul><ul><li>is a well-regarded representative of the area they work in; </li></ul><ul><li>understands the reasoning behind the change; </li></ul><ul><li>helps to communicate the excitement, possibilities and details of the change to others within the organisation; </li></ul><ul><li>has the knowledge, skills and techniques to support their peers to transform the way they work. </li></ul>
