  4. 4. What NOT to Share Personal information (yours or students’) Negative comments or complaints Account usernames or passwords Names, pictures, or work of students whose parents have not granted permission Copyrighted materials
  5. 5. Other Best Practices Update frequently and respond to comments or questions from visitors. When possible (as in Facebook), block profanity and limit visitors to comments on existing posts.
  6. 6. Other Best Practices Treat classroom or campus pages as professional representatives of SISD, not as personal profile pages. Delete inappropriate (threatening, insulting, offensive) comments immediately and report to school administrators, if needed.
