  1. 1. Background • Frequent flooding in Missouri • Community Development Block Grant Disaster Supplemental funding & Missouri Department of Transportation Work Program • Incorporation into Multi- Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plans

Process • Inventory conducted from August 2017 to January 2018, using Fulcrum application on tablet • Structure Type • Structure Condition • Structure Length • Structure Width • Number of Culverts/Pipes/Vents • Pipe Condition • Flooded Now • Evidence of Flooding • Field Comments • Photos • Data exported into ArcGIS
  4. 4. Priorities • Used GIS to conduct analysis of points based on six factors • Each factor given numerical score that contributed to overall priority score • Lower limits were set in order to get to ten priority points for discussion with County Commissions
