To Compete Effectively in Any Situation: One must be able to "Improvise, Modify, Adapt, and Overcome” their adversary, OODA is a Best Practice to achieve that end. The Goal of OODA is: To generate non-cooperative centers of gravity, disorient, disrupt, or overload your adversary and his allies, to bring about the collapse of your opponent / fellow competitor. Desired Tutorial Outcome: Identify the different phases of OODA and the feedback loops and any other interesting aspects to the engagements. From this you will gain a basic understanding of OODA.
