  3. 3. Jesus Came to ThemHe came just when they needed Him.Jesus will come to us in the midst of troubles. Job 14:1 – Matthew 11:28-30 – 1 Peter 5:7
  4. 4. By Faith Peter Did the ImpossibleHe Stepped out on Faith. Philippians 4:13 – Matthew 17:20 – 1 John 5:4God Wants Us to Step out on Faith to Do His Will. Hebrews 11:6 – 2 Corinthians 5:7
  5. 5. Peter’s Faith WaveredWhen he took his eyes off of Jesus. Matthew 14:30We need to develop Paul’s attitude. Romans 8:31-39
  6. 6. As Peter’s Faith Wavered He Began to SinkWhen he took his eyes off of Jesus. Matthew 14:30Our problems seem to become overwhelming when we take our eyes off of Jesus. 2 Peter 2:20God has promised to help us. 1 John 5:4-5 – Philippians 4:13 – 1 Corinthians 10:13
