Disney Institute -- Lessons In Leadership And Customer Service Cropped

Published on

In 2007 I attended a one-day 'Customer Service & Leadership' session, hosted by the Disney Institute.

I made my notes on my tablet pc, doing a visual facilitation for myself and my colleagues at Blue Moon.

I've isolated the key points in this presentation. Hopefully they're self-explanatory. If not, send me a note, and I'll see if I can clarify.

The purpose of a visual facilitation is to concretise people's learning. But it's also to allow that learning to be shared.

Please check my visual facilitation portfolio on my Flickr gallery at http://snipurl.com/visualfacilitation. I work internationally.

    Thanks

  • Hiya Jake...

Thank you very much for this comment! Really cool of you! Specially from someone who was right there, in the thick of things. Thanks for stopping by!

  • From a guy who spent nearly two decades with Disney and launched and closed the DI campus, you really captured it here in this one drawing! Great job! My favorite quote here is: 'WOULD YOU WORK FOR YOU'?

    Thanks for the memories.

  • Hmmmm. Had quite a battle uploading this show to SlideShare. Finally figured why previous uploads weren't converting properly. Some of the images were rotated somewhat. And I think the converter didn't enjoy that.

So I used PowerPoint Extreme (a commercial plugin) to export all of the slides as pictures. I then reimported them. And finally uploaded the new file with no rotated images. Voila!
