Purpose: •To strengthen the impact a TLP experience has on the individual •To enable our leaders to be perform ant and achieve their results •To increase the attractiveness of AIESEC leadership opportunities, internally and externally •To enable our leaders to discover their own leadership vision by fostering the inner and outer journey of each leader LEAD
  3. 3. There are three fundamental premises that every leader needs: 1. I & Me. The way I see myself, my awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses, and knowing my own leadership style and how I can use it. 2. I & Others. The way I, as a leader, work with other people, how I interact and transmit my ideas to them, and how I manage and develop my team. 3. I & World. How I fit into the environment around me, what kind of impact I bring to society, and how my actions create change. All of these premises are happening within the framework of AIESEC. We explore ourselves, understand how to interact with others, and what our role in the world is upon leaving the organization. The LEAD Philosophy
