Within the next 10 years, the workplace will change. The workforce will decline, more work need to be done with less people. The Work-Life-Balance will be a status-symbol. Companies won't recruit workers, but workers recruit companies. The Social Intranet helps with the transition to the future workplace where a flexible workforce (where and when I work) and shared knowledge is made possible.
