I’m using a standard iron transformer with double primary (yes, the ones used to accommodate both USA and European grid) where each primary winding of 31 ohm. Wire these two primary windings together in series by connecting the end wire of the first winding to the beginning wire of the second winding. This doubles our resistance to 62 ohms and develops an additive effect.
