Towards d-Government  At this time, e-Government helps organizations towards IT  PA and PAL are moving own data on the web;  Electronic identity;  Citizens have to study new technologies   A.d. 2010?… d-Government uses this experience for reinventing government  PA and PAL manage own/their data;  Digital identity;  Citizens are the principal actors of this process.
