  • I find the trend towards personal experiences ironic, as that is being more disintermediated than any other sector of society....We tear it apart, the personal connections, with menus on phones, and AI chatbots, yet now offter the samer personal experienced of interacting with "live humans" we are disintermediating as a novel new bonus, or a "Non Obvious trend"...Frankly, I just find that selling the sizzle, which once was the meat of the pruduct in the first place.....Enjoyed the 5 trends anx examples, esp the Altzheimer lane(I would like to see that in the states here)
