  9. 9. The business model
  10. 10. The global growth of entrepreneurs is the largest shift in vocation in history. The number of entrepreneurs has grown from less than 100 million in 2000 to 400 million in 2010, growing to a predicted 1 billion by 2020. The desire of entrepreneurs to connect and work together has been highlighted by the rapid growth of co-working offices, from less than 1,000 in 2010 to over 20,000 in 2016. Market size
  11. 11. There currently is no global equivalent to our Global Beach Club Membership, or entrepreneur resorts. The closest equivalent to a resort location tailored for entrepreneurs is Richard Branson’s Necker Island, which will be a partner resort with Entrepreneur Resorts. The one company that has built a network in city co-working spaces in the last 5 years is WeWork, now valued at $16.9 billion. We see WeWork as a partner more than a competitor, and are learning from their global membership model. Competitors
