Software Development Expert. Change Management Specialist. Sailor. Since 1995 I've been working with Computer Systems and Information Technology for many different kinds of businesses. I'm interested in Systems Thinking, Complexity Theory, Business Administration, Economics, Enterpreneurship, Marketing and Sales, Product Development, Change Management and Organizational Transformation. Since 2003 I've been helping companies in Brazil to evolve their processes and products using Lean/Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming. I'm looking for a Systems Theory that explains management for Knowledge Work and I believe we can build software that changes the world.
