Background
Wzard Innovation Ltd has been launched by the multi-award-winning team who delivered a
successful innovation practice for top 3 insurer Liverpool Victoria and now help organisations
to accelerate their own innovation and automation programmes.
The team have practical experience in the actual deployment of technologies into challenging
business environments, understanding the importance of processes and toolkits for wider
business implementation not just the technical delivery.
We are a small team, passionate about change and accelerating your journey at a pace which
is tailored to your organisational needs.

Whilst other consultancies might think they can get away with sending you
graduates after the sales meeting that have just about been through the
technical training, we will help you accelerate you project by direct involvement
of seasoned professionals that have been at the sharp end of changing
organisational culture whilst implementing new technologies quickly and on a
minimal budget.
We have worked closely with many of the Robotic Automation vendors and have a
demonstrated track record in assessment, piloting and operationalisation of solutions. We
were the 1st to implement desktop automation in LV= (Openspan) in 2014 which delivered a
47% time saving on the New Business Process. We also proved the ability of Nuance Chatbot
technology to manage 85% of the calls in the broker division. We have evaluated, compared
and tested many other automation vendors and technologies.
With strong practical foundations in smoothing the adoption of modern technology, applying
lean thinking and continuous improvement, well considered organisational design and driving
innovation, our insights can aid organisations who are looking to:

With over 5 years of developing innovative solutions we have developed repeatable tools and
techniques for all stages of developing and introducing new ways of working and new
technologies. Having been through all the phases of development ourselves we help
organisations who are looking to start, scale and sustain their automation programme.
We believe in building a strong collaborative partnership, we cannot do this for you but we
can accelerate the pace of delivery by working with you. We have developed a number os
methodologies and best practices that really can jump-start your journey. For example our
intervention timeline provides a view of the typical stages you would expect to see when
developing your own programme. These may not be exactly the same for your organisation
but if you are not aware of these stages there can be pitfalls.
Preparation is key – being prepared gives a better result for less effort. Our aim is to do it
faster that you could do it alone, and avoid the mistakes.

Belt with 25 years’ experience in helping
organisations to develop in new
technologies, drive operational efficiency,
deliver lean transformation programmes,
manage strategic operations and aid the
creation of a clear business strategy.
Since 2013 the growth of Robotic Process
Automation has been a key focus area,
working closely with key suppliers to test
and deliver a variety of solutions.
