Gross Motor Development Movement Activities 09/2010 Jonas is able to place both feet on pedals of tricycle and press the pedals with some assistance. 10/2010 Jonas is able to pedal a tricycle without assistance. When he gets frustrated simple prompting was able to encourage him to pedal further independently. 12/2010 When coming down a set of stairs Jonas prepared himself to make a jump off the stairs. He jumped down landing on his two feet surprising his father.

Concept Development Math and Science Activities <ul><li>Aug 2010: Jonas is able to route count 1,2,3,4, 5. </li></ul><ul><li>Sep 2010: Jonas is able to count from 1 to 10 excluding 6. </li></ul><ul><li>Oct 2010: Jonas is able to recognize up to three objects. By counting the objects: “1,2,3.” </li></ul><ul><li>Nov 2010: Jonas is able to recognize four objects by counting the items. </li></ul><ul><li>Dec 2010: Jonas still omits number six when count to ten. “1,2,3,4,5,…,7,8.” and usually stops at eight. </li></ul><ul><li>Jan 2010: Jonas is able to recognize up to five objects by state the right number with the right number of objects presented. </li></ul><ul><li>Feb 2011: Jonas can count up to 13 during route counting by does not accurately associate them to object representation. </li></ul>

  15. 15. Personal and Social Development <ul><li>Jonas has demonstrated the ability to sympathize with his peers. If there is a student that has been hurt he immediately attended to that individual and gives emotional support by asking, “ are you okay?” and with a follow up question like, “ Do you wan’ ice.” </li></ul><ul><li>Jonas has also been able to part with toys that he has been playing with when he is asked to share with another peer. </li></ul><ul><li>Jonas has also demonstrated a grown concept of self through his verbal expression. While standing in front of the mirror and point to his chest exclaimed, “My body.” </li></ul><ul><li>February 2011 </li></ul>
