  5. 5. There are many things that you can do to help to improve your mood. There are also things that you should stop doing if you want to find that happiness again

  8. 8. Negative people can bring you down. Even though they may be available to you, there is a reason for that
  9. 9. The reason these types people are always available is because they drive good people away.
  10. 10. You may feel lonely when you do this, but it is for the better in the long run
  11. 11. Try to identify how you feel around people that you suspect may be negatively impacting your emotional state
  12. 12. Start removing these people from your life and you will start to see a difference quickly
