This is a presentation I gave during a customer event of Dimension Data in the Netherlands. It was about the role videoconferencing plays in the New way of working and how TANDBERG can enable people to be more productive, save costs and reduce their CO2 footpint.

Ongeveer 80 ritten per jaar </li></ul><ul><li>Brandstofkosten: </li></ul><ul><li>Den Helder à ’s-Hertogenbosch v.v. is 334 km. </li></ul><ul><li>Gemiddeld verbruik: 1:15 diesel @ € 0.92 per liter </li></ul><ul><li>Brandstofkosten diesel totaal per rit € 20,49 </li></ul><ul><li>De brandstofkosten per jaar € 1.639,20 </li></ul><ul><li>Dit bedrag is nog exclusief additionele kilometerkosten welke Ricoh heeft afgerekend op mijn autoleasecontract voor het bovenmatige gebruik boven het afgesproken kilometerage in het leasecontract! </li></ul><ul><li>Inproductiviteit: </li></ul><ul><li>Reistijd naar ’s-Hertogenbosch en terug is minimaal 4 uur (exclusief files) </li></ul><ul><li>In die uren was ik onproductief. Ricoh kent een lage onkostenvergoeding voor mobiele telefonie dus bellen uit de auto naar klanten deed ik niet. </li></ul><ul><li>Inproductiviteit omgerekend naar vervangende personeelskosten á € 30,00 per uur x 4 = € 120,00 </li></ul><ul><li>De inproductiviteit gemeten over ritten per jaar bedraagt dan € 9.600,00 </li></ul><ul><li>Milieuaspecten: </li></ul><ul><li>Mijn leaseauto, een Peugeot 407, had een CO2 uitstoot van 189 gram per kilometer. </li></ul><ul><li>De C02 uitstoot maar liefst 5.050 kilogram!! </li></ul><ul><li>Totale besparing over een afschrijvingstermijn van 5 jaar = € 57.600,00 </li></ul><ul><li>Totale besparing van C02 over een termijn van 5 jaar = 25.250 kilogram CO2 </li></ul><ul><li>Zachte besparingen (niet direct te kwantificeren) </li></ul><ul><li>- Work Life balance, vaak in de file, laat thuis na meetings </li></ul>
