Exploring Architectures for Fast and Easy Development of Immersive Learning Scenarios

This document discusses the development of immersive learning scenarios (ILS) and explores potential architectures and platforms. It outlines shortcomings in existing platforms, such as being inflexible, not designed for education, difficult to use, and expensive. The author conducted research on various platforms based on criteria like enabling ILS, technical openness, easy authoring, and sustainability. Several options were identified and mapped to a basic proposed architecture blueprint. The goal is to find a solution for flexible, adaptable, and easy to author ILS.
