  3. 3. Employability refers to a persons capability forgaining and maintaining employment (Hillageand Pollard, 1998). Forindividuals, employability depends on theknowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) theypossess, the way they present those assets toemployers, and the context (e.g. personalcircumstances and labour market environment)within which they seek work (Hind andMoss, 2011).http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employability
