What GameStop Needs• GameStop already has plenty of recognition – To broaden the spectrum of clients there needs to be a way for them to communicate with each other. – There are plenty of blog and forum sites, but GameStop needs their own site to see what players are doing and saying about their products and services.
  3. 3. Playersite• A place where gamers can share, buy, preview and play games, get help, and locate stores.• This is a site for players and no one is getting paid to put their opinion down.• There are minimal advertisements and they are relevant to game culture.

Maintaining the PlayerSite• This is a public site with forums and sharing. – Which means blogs and comments• Find trends in the market and use those to set up: – Web interviews – Relevant talking points – Set relevant ads – See what the customers want• Tracking the shares, the likes, the comments, and all of the activities on the site.
  5. 5. Getting the PlayerSite Recognition• To get the word out, social profiles must be made. – FaceBook – Twitter – Google+ – YouTube • Very Useful
  6. 6. Social Networking for the Site• YouTube is very useful because video games are hard to capture in a picture or words. – GamePlay – Trailers – Press Release – Footage from conventions

Customer Talks• Comments can be good or bad – Both can be helpful • Good ones generally tell you what you are doing right and may give some some constructive critisicism • Bad ones can be used to notice problems. – This site is for users to share complaints or talk about the positives – If the comments or blog get out of hand, then calmly handle the situation.
