  18. 18. What is a Fractal Team?<br />A Fractal Team is a Self-Directed, High-Performance group composed of five people who are committed to each other, and who are willing to work together to accomplish a common purpose in the most excellent way possible for the glory of God.<br />

Guiding Principles for Fractal Teams<br />Each person must belong to only one Fractal Team.<br />Each Fractal Team must be led by only one person.<br />Each Fractal Team must be accountable to one person outside the team.<br />The Fractal Team will become your LIFE Group once you join it.<br />
