What is LEAD? <ul><li>LEAD means “Leadership Empowerment and Development” Program. </li></ul><ul><li>LEAD aims to develop qualified servant leaders who can lead various ministries so that our PLANT strategy can be fulfilled. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>P reach the Gospel </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>L ead seekers to genuine conversion </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A ssimilate believers into the body of Christ </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>N urture believers into faithful disciples. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>T rain servant leaders and deploy them. </li></ul></ul>

Who can apply? <ul><li>Must be an active and faithful attendee in RLCC for at least three months prior to application. </li></ul><ul><li>Must be willing to submit to the upper leadership of the church without any reservations. </li></ul><ul><li>Must be willing to go through training including initial internship in evangelism and discipleship. </li></ul><ul><li>Must be willing to submit to PDA. </li></ul>
