Overall school functions •Assist in computer lab. •Help IT department trouble-shoot and repair computers. •Help IT department clean, store, and set up computers and other equipment. Information Technology •Help inventory technology equipment. Dept. •Create Wiki tutorials about district technology tools and procedures. •Assist with showing bus route maps and stops on the district website. •Help use the district website to notify parents of school delays or Transportation closures. •Prepare a brochure to let parents know bus rules and contact numbers. •Provide student voice on curriculum and technology issues. •Provide presentation and other technology-related services to all Superintendent's Cabinet district administrators. •Help secretaries learn new and updated software. •Work with secretaries to post daily bulletins on the website. Secretaries •Help secretaries with calendar and other administrative software. •Create databases of emergency supplies. •Create mailing lists for notifying parents regarding health issues. Nurses •Create brochures on a variety of health-related issues. •Help with scheduling programs. •Create brochures announcing new classes and programs. Counselors •Help with website information and links for new families.

Food Service •Prepare paper and electronic information that teaches about good nutrition. •Help take and edit game videos and other instructional videos. •Help design "play books" for athletes. Coach •Help athletes with exercise and nutrition databases. •Keep schedule and game results updated on the school website. •Help teachers use adaptive hardware and software. •Use technology tools to assist special needs students. Special Education •Help publicize student success in print, video and web-based media.
