So as not to be burnt-out because of the continuous heavy load of 25 or more departments to manage 24/7? Premise: You should always be on top of the situation / whole hospital operations even if you have 25 or more department heads to help you!

You should ensure that - • Each department is performing excellently. • All the departments are aligned to the vision and mission of the hospital. • All the departments are collaborating with each other and integrated to efficiently achieve the vision and mission of the hospital.
