• The RIRs, as the NRO, have participated in the IGF
process, representing the interests of community
members from developed and developing regions
• NRO supports an environment where all stakeholders can
participate equally and openly
• The non-decision making status of the IGF facilitates
valuable, constructive discussion, and informs and
inspires decision makers
• The NRO urges greater efforts to facilitate remote
participation in IGF events
• The NRO is committed to engaging with and financially
contributing to the IGF, and encourages other
stakeholders to join us in this
